Unable To Sleep More Than 4 Hours, Took Sleep Aids, No Relief. What Can Be Done?

My wife is unable to sleep no more than 4 hours per night. She has used all of the various over the counter sleep aids, been through the usual sleep test etc and now using perscription, Temazepam, 30 MG with little success. I also take my own prescription of the same drug, with positive results. Any suggestions ?
