Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The symptomatology you have described are most probably due to lack of sleep. Also called as primary insomnia. As you are not able to sleep properly so due to lack of sound sleep you feel frightened. Chronic sleeplessness causes one to think about sleep again and again which further deteriorates the insomnia. Due to chronic insomnia one may develop Hallucinations, which are frightening you.
You should visit a good doctor for proper management of insomnia. Medicines like Benzodiazepines, Zolpidem, zopiclpne, ramelteon etc. are available.
Improving sleep hygiene will also help.

Thanks
