Unconsciousness And Signs Of Mini Stroke. Been On Warfarin. Blood Result Showed High Levels. Is This The Cause?

My 91 year old mother has been on Warfrin (?) for a-fib for probably 12-15 years now. She has passed out and fallen 3 times in the last week. She has been to the doctor and hospital and had blood work done. The result of the blood work is that her level is way high so she was taken off the medicine for a couple of days. Could this cause her to pass out? We are thinking she is having mini strokes and is going in tomorrow for a catscan and chest x-ray.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be transient Ischemic attack, it happens because of low or no blood supply in brain it could be age related here, it is good to have ct scan done, have nice day.
