Undergoing Follicular Study, Taken Hucog 5000. When Will The Follicle Rupture?

Hi Doctor, Today Morning by &.30 Am I have done the follicular study and My Left Ovary Size was 2.2X2 and Right Ovary 1.3X1.1. Today is my 23rd day and I normally have irregular cycles. My doctor advised me to take Hucog 5000 which I had by evening 6.45pm. Please clarify when the follicle will rupture and also when we have to make love to get pregnant.
