Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
After a surgery for ganglion, there may be some persistent inflammation in the tendon sheath which is causing all these symptoms. The symptoms are likely to improve after regular hot fomentation in next 4-6 weeks.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Two months are more than enough to heal - even organs like heart, having to work without rest, generally heal.
If you are symptomatic, it may mean a complication, like infection, injury, immune deficiency and so on - you will need further assessment and assistance...
Have a second opinion...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
