Unprotected Sex For 3 Days, On Day 3 Took E-pills, Pregnancy Test Negative, Delayed Menses, Pregnancy ?
i had unprotected sex 2 consecutive days then had sex again on the third day after thought of taking e- pills an the third day but 72 hrs had past did the pregnancy test on the 4th day turned negative but i was told not unless i wait 4 one week to find it whether am pregnant they cant tell if i am but i want to b positive and my menses were to come on the 7th day after i had the unprotected sex. can i b positive

the e-pills are effective for the first 24 hours with the success rate of more than 92%.however it loses its efficacy for the next 24 hours almost by 50% and so on which means that its almost ineffective on the 3rd and 4th day. the test you got negative might be the urine test for pregnancy because it gives positive results after the 2 weeks of the conception. before 2 weeks of conception it will negative results. to confirm wether you are pregnant or not. you must do a blood test named Beta HCG which gives positive result from the first day of pregnancy.
