Hi,
With all the symptoms, bleeding and repeatedly negative pregnancy tests, pregnancy is a remote possibility. It is true that you carry the risk of contraceptive failure having missed your pills way too often with no extra precautions. Yet, the clinical picture is more in favor of hormonal imbalance and the dizzy spells could be due to anemia. You should see a specialist, get a complete evaluation including an eye check up and a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram. Please maintain genital hygiene, take a healthy diet and rest adequately. Take care.
