Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

With this history the most likely possibility is Gastritis(Inflammation of the stomach).

I advise would be to continue the anti acid. Make sure the anti acid is sugar free.
Avoid spicy, greasy food, caffeinated drinks and chocolates.

Eat frequent small meals for easy digestion.

Proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole can be taken if the symptoms does not improve.

A gastric endoscopy is needed to diagnosis the condition.
