Upper Diaphragm Pain Radiating To Back, Low BP. CAT Scan Shows Large Growth On Kidney, Cyst On Ovaries. Recommendations?

I'm having upper diaphragm pain that is radiating to my back that comes and goes and began yesterday. My blood pressure was a little low, ECG came back normal but do not have results yet from cat scan other than I have a large growth on my kidney and a cyst on each side of my ovaries. I am concerned about this radiating, pressure filled chest pain. I am a 32 year old female, non smoker, no children, Caucasian.

The diaphragmatic pain radiating to the back would probably be related to the kidney growth. This needs further investigations and probably a biopsy of the mass to remove doubts about malignancy. The ovarian cysts are unlikely to cause the chest and back pain.Musculoskeletal pain is the commonest cause of chest pain and needs to be ruled out.
