Urinalysis Done. What Are The Findings From The Report?

I have my urinalysis today and the results are this Color yellow, transparency slightly turbid, reaction 5.0, sp.gravity 1.010, protein negative, sugar negative, epithelial cell few, pus cells 50-70 hpf, rbc 0-2 hpf, bacteria moderate, my symptoms are burning sensation, pain in lower abdomen radiating @ the back, i have a few greenish discharge but with no foul smell, itchiness in vagina, scanty urination

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
After going through your urine analysis report one finding is very serious i.e. PUS CELLS 50-70 .
This means there is some infection in urinary tract system , may be in kidney , ureter, bladder , urethra . R b c are 0-2 bur in female this is common.
Your complaint is lower abdominal pain radiating to back may be due to stone in urinary system . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of whole of urinary tract system.
2nd reason is infection , we call it as U T I so get urine culture and drug sensitivity test to find out exact nature & type of pathogens ( bacteria, virus etc).
The greenish discharge from vagina is a part of this infection as this may be due to fungal infection . Diagnosis can be confirmed by swab examination from vaginal discharge.
In my opinion first of all consult a gynecologist and get his treatment .
