Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
first of all, why was your problems for which you had to do a urine test?
From the report it can be said all are within normal limit, except amorphous urate material. It means there is a chance of urinary stone formation.
You have to do a USG of whole abdomen which will reveal what is the problem.
Thanks for query,
Your urine analysis report is normal. Amorphous urates are usually found in acidic urine. About WBC and few bacteria you can do a urine culture.
