Urinalysis Done, Shows Pus Cells, Albumin, Epithelial Cells In Urine. Taking Ceferexine. Treatment?

Hi Im XXXX. I had urinalyis today and the result shows that i have 50-56/hpf pus cells in my urine;-2/hpf RBC; albumin is ++ and epithelial cells is also ++. What does my urinalysis mean. My doctor gave me antibiotics ceferexine 500mg but my concern is i already taken that for 1 week after 1 week i had urinalysis and the result the one i mentioned earlier.

Hi,
It seems that bacteria causing urinary tract infection is resistant or less sensitive to this antibiotic.
Go for urine culture for specific organisms causing this infection and antibiotic working against these organisms.
After report go for specific antibiotic medicine course for long time.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
