my urinalysis result are: Cellular Elements: Erythrocytes 1-2/HPF Pus Cells 4-8/HPF Squamous MANY Mucous threads FEW Crystals: Calcium oxalate MANY Amorphous Urates MODERATE

Normal urine would reveal a few erythrocytes to no erythrocytes, low pus cells (1-2) with no epithelial cells and crystals. Pus cell can increase double if you are a female. By comparing this to the reports you have, I would say the report is abnormal but not concerning.

It would have been better if you have reported your symptoms / the reason why the urine test was done.

If you are having abdominal pain, problems while passing urine or fever, the urine report is suggestive of infection which may lead to stone formation. Further urine culture would be needed.

If you are asymptomatic, I would ignore the results and encourage you to drink plenty of water.
