Urination And Masturbation Leads To Pain, Swelling And Redness. Iced It. How Can It Be Fixed?

Hi, I've had a pain when I urinate and pee as well. If I masturbate it can sometimes either have zero pain and everything is normal or severe pain. At one point it hurt so bad I had to put ice on it. I've been looking at it and it looks red and swollen a little near the hole. what could've caused this and more importantly how do I fix it?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some infection around opening of urethra giving rise to this problem.
Go for urine check up.
After report go for one antibiotic medicine course after consulting your docotor.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
