Urine Analysis Done. Few Pus Cells Found, Occasional Epithelial Cells. Is The Report Normal?
DR. this is my Urine Report: kindly review it and tell me what to do.... and what this reports meaning... my pus cells are 4-6 Physical and chemical examination: Color : pale yellow sp. gravity : 1.010 reaction : alkaline protine : Nil glucose : nil ketone : Nil urobilinogen : Normal Bilirubin : Absent Nitrite : / Microscopic examination: R.B.Cs : Nil Pus cell ( /HPF) : 4-6 Epithelial cells : Occasional Crystals : amorphous phosphates (+++)
hi there,your urine report is within normal limits with a few extra pus cells. You can take plenty of fluids and do not hold your urine, may repeat the test after 1week if you are asymptomatic and if everything is normal then you can just relax.Take care.
thank you.your urine analysis report is normal.usually urinary reaction is acidic but yours is alkaline.probably it is due to presence of high amorphous phosphates.take plenty of fluid.pus cell count is not significant to indicate urine infection.repeat the test after few days.
