Urine Analysis Done. What Are The Findings And Required Treatment?

good day .... today i had my urinary check at the laboratory and the results are


physical and chemical

color: yelow
appearance: slightly turbid
reaction: acidic
specific gravity: 1.010
albumin: positive(+1)
sugar: negative

microscopic

pus cells: 4-8/HPF
RBC: 0-2/HPF
bacteria: none
mucus thread: none
epithelial cells: few
amorphous urates/phospates


my questions is what do this means? should i get madical attention and take medications?

Greetings of the day

Presence of pus cells in urine indicates urinary tract infection. Phosphate crystals are usually seen in infected urine. Ultrasound of kidney,ureter and bladder is required to rule out calculi/stones in Urinary tract.
