Urine Analysis Shows PUS Cells, EPI Cells, Bacteria. Blood Test Indicators Are Normal. Suggestions?

My wife has just now obtained urine analysis report with PUS cells 35-40 HPF, EPI cells 20-25/HPF, RBC 4-6 HPF, Crystals NIL, Bacteria (++) HPF, Bile salt NIL, Bile Pigment Negative, Albumin (+) and Sugar NIL. Also in blood test ESR is 42mm/Ist Hour. All other blood test indicators are normal. Please advice me, Sir.

Pus cells in urine 35-40 HIGH POWER FIELD,Ephithelial cellss 20-25, Rbc 4-6 . Bacteria ++. Albumin + , this is the report of urine , specific.
E S R 42 mm of Hg.
All these reports are an indication of involvement of kidney ( kidneys).
May be due to chronic renal infection ( glomerulonephritis or pyelonephritis).
May be due to any calculus in urinary tract system.
Serum CREATININE & UREA , uric acid tests are important.
Get in ultrasound of urinary system with urine culture , blood culture.
Consult an Urologist and get his opinion.

Hi!your wife's report is showing high pus cells,epithelial cells and RBCs along with bacteria which point towards infection in urinary tract.presence of albumin and high ESR also point towards involvement of urinary tract .Good thing is there are no casts reported .I think culture of urine should be done and a visit to Nephrologist is required.not much to worry.have a nice day!
