Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
After going through your various reports I reached a conclusion that urine culture and incubation reports are not a cause of concern and just you will get relief within a course of antibiotics .
Now answer of your questions.
1 As a layman these reports are incomplete because there are three phases of these hormones ,e.g. F S H / L H ratio is very important and there develops alteration in PCOD cases but at different stages .
FSH Follicular stage 3.0-20.0 U/L . L H ====2.0-15 U/L
Ovulatory phase 9.0-26 .0 U/L . 22-105 U/L
Luteal phase 1.0-12.0 U/L 0.6-19.0 U/L .
Progesterone follicular phase
midluteal phase 3-20 ng/ml
Prolactin 1.9-25.9 ng/ml.
So ,if you want any interpretation write down complete report with stage.
2 You may be a case of Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
3 Yes, you can get pregnancy ,but we require follicle study reports, dominant follicle size report , its maturation size , endometrium thickness .
I think this report and information will be helpful for you .
So upload all reports for further evaluation .
Good luck.
