Urine Test And Ultrasound Done. Hydronehrosis Seen In Kidney, Multiple Gases Seen In Abdomen. Looking For Suggestion?

my 27-year sis urine report says albumin ----------trace, red cells 15-20,pus cells 10-12, urates ----positve ,epithelial cells ++ ph 6.0 what is the possible disease? ultra sound report says mild hydronehrosis seen in right kidney normal scan of liver,gall b, pancreas , spleen ,left kidney,and urinary bladdder. multiple gases shadows seen in abdomen. what do u suggest ? thx

Hi,
the reports suggest that she is passing few RBCs and WBCs in the urine. What is important is that why this test was done , what symptoms she is having. these urine findings can be part of urinary tract infection or intrinsic renal disease. urine culture will help in diagnosis of urine infection. ultrasound also sugests some hydronephrosis ( blockage of urine flow) this need to be assessed by a doctor, i would suggest you to meet your nephrolgist for the same.
