OCC here most probably means other cell count.
The slight turbidity in the urine is due to the pus cells and epithelial cells present. I think the report is almost normal but I would recommend that you correlate it with your history. It is possible that you are recovering from a urine infection or there is a slight kidney problem going on. Again there is not much to be worried about.
