Urine Test During Early Pregnancy Shows Traces Of Albumin, RBC, Pus, Epithelial Cells Present. Advice Required

I am on family way , pregnancy 2 months.. Done Urine test : URINE COMPLETE GROSS COLOUR PALE YELLOW REACTION ACIDIC SP.GRAVITY 1.020 APPEARANCE SLIGHTLY TURBID CHEMICAL EXAMINATION URINE NITRITE PRESENT URINE- ALBUMIN TRACES SUGAR ABSENT BILE SALTS ABSENT BILE PIGMENTS ABSENT UROBILINOGEN NORMAL MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION PUS CELLS 10 - 12 / HPF Epithelial Cells 8 - 10 / HPF RBCs OCCASIONAL CASTS ABSENT CRYSTALS ABSENT YEAST CELLS ABSENT Parasites ABSENT BACTERIA MOTILE BACILLI ( + ) MUCOUS THREADS ABSENT Pls advice

From the above report it is evident that the urine is normal in color,specific gravity. Absence of sugar and trace albumin are also considered normal. Bile salts, Bile pigments, and urobillinogen are also normal. In microscopical examination occasional casts, absent crystals and absent yeast are also within normal level.
But, Slightly turbid appearance,presence of urinary nitrite , presence of pus cells 10-12/HPF, Epithelial Cells 8-10 /HPF and presence of motile bacilli - all indicates to an ongoing Urinary tract infection.
I dont know your clinical status , so it is impossible to advice drugs, But I suggest that consult with your treating doctor with this report.
