Urine Test Showed Epithelial Cells 8-10/hpf. What Is The Cause? Have Irregular Periods
Hi Doctor I am 25years old did my urine test yesterday were Physical & Chemical examination is normal. Under microscopic examination the epithelial cells shows as 8-10/hpf could you clarify the cause of this & is there anything to get this to normal stage. Also I have irregular cycle for last 3 months which is for the first time i am facing this problem. Please advise

First of all, why you have done your urine examination? What was your problems? You did not tell us that.
Secondly, epithelial cells may increase in number in many conditions like infection of kidney,drugs like salicylates , heavy metal and also in normal condition, in some individual.
Irregular cycle does not have any relation with this urine test.
Without knowing your total clinical profile it is impossible to give any advice. Thats all.
