good afternoon, my urine test result are these, puss cells is 3-4HPF , rbc is 0-2hpf, epithelial cells are few is these normal im 50 yrs old, bacteria has a few, mucus thread are few. my urine color is yellow, transparency is sligthly turbid. specific gravity is 1.020, presence of albumin is negative, sugar is positive 1. am i in trouble. you see doc i have a problem cause last nite i masturbate and blood came out im frigthened here doc. my email address is YYYY@YYYY

I am so sorry for your health trouble and I understand that it must be difficult dealing with such a new situation
It is quite obviously that your suffering from urinary tract infection (UTI) which is caused by bacteria invading your urinary system. The bleeding after masturbation simply shows how complicated the UTI is. You will require treatment with broad spectrum antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin or norfloxacin in order to eradicate the infection. I am very sure that after those results, your doctor must have provided you with some treatment and if that is not yet done, then you will need to get back to see your doctor for a script.
