Without knowing her symptoms I can just comment on her urine test rather than the diagnosis.It is showing blood and pus cell in her urine which could be due to infection of urinary tract mostly or rarely kidney disease.kindly consult your physician for appropriate antibiotic treatment.also let her have plenty of water for better relief.Thank you
