What is the use of ubidecarenone&l- carnitine tablets and what is the side effect of this drug? My wife is diabetic patient since tweety five years and doctor has advised. Pl reply on my email YYYY@YYYY .my name kewal tuli what are the terms and conditions? Whether any fee is involved in this? On receipt of you answer I will decide to give my consent.

Hello , thanks for asking your query.

Ubidecarenone & L- carnitine are anti-oxidants. Antioxidants fights againts harmful particles in body called as free radicals which damage the cell & tamper the DNA. Antioxidants can neutralise these free radicals & can prevent or reduce the damage of the cells.
Side effects can be nausea, loss of appetite,stomach upset which occurs very infrequently. Some can develop allergic reaction like swelling of face,rash to the product.
