Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
Do not worry about your report. It is completely normal. I shall explain the terms that you do not comply.
-Non-gravid uterus: is a uterus which does not contain a fetus, or is not pregnant
-Retroverted uterus: is a uterus which is slightly tilted towards the back (bowels) instead of being tilted in front (anteverted), towards the belly. Although an anteverted uterus is more common. A retroverted uterus cannot cause any problems with a woman's
fertility and does not complicate or prevent
pregnancy either. The only problem experienced by woman with a retroverted uterus is occasional pain during sexual intercourse, and nothing else
-Homogenous myometrial echotexture: indicates that there is no abnormality present
Thus, everything is normal and fine. Do not worry.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
