Vaginal Bleeding During Intercourse

My girlfriend bleeds from time to time during intercourse. This only seems to occur when she is on top.... I at first thought maybe it was because she could be Anemic. She has never been diagnosed with this though. She is STD free, yet I am concerned what other possibilities this could be from.

Hi,
There can vaginal laceration or injury or it's due to hymen rupture.It can be due to cervical erosion also , its better if you show her to a gynaecologist.
