Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Atrophic vaginitis giving you this problem.
During menopause there is depletion of estrogen causing this problem.
You can use estrogen cream locally after consulting your Gynaec.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Keep local hygiene clean and hygienic.
Ok and take care.
