Vaginal Discharge, Fishy Odor For Girl And Swelling In Foreskin For Boy After Having Unprotected Sex. Any Ideas?
me and my girlfriend have been together for over 3 yrs and recently after having sex(unprotected) we both have been having problems in the genitalia department. hers consists of a vaginal discharge, white in colour with a fishy odour and mine is the swelling of my foreskin immediately. do you have any idea as to what may be causing this?

Since you both got infected and had symptoms , so this is a sexually transmitted disease.
She is having vaginal discharge with fishy odor whitish color may be ,
gonorrhoea , syphilis, herpes hiv (type 1&2), tricomonas vaginalis or phthirus pubis.
Get in blood for VDRL, HIV , STD , ESR .
physical examination is an important factor.
Consult a physician and get his opinion.
However drug of choice till examination may be doxycycline 100 mg 2 capsule / day for 5 days.

The symptoms include discharge per vaginum which may or may not be foul smelling associated with itching and soreness in genitals.
This requires a proper examination and full treatment. Also, further sexual activity is going to worsen the things.
