Vaginal mild pink after 4 days of taking postinor 1? Is this NORMAL? Morning after pill?

Yesterday I was in the bathroom and noticed a small pink vaginal mild on my underwear and then I had a brown flow this is due to the effect of the pill? Also, do my breasts hurt a little and after seven days after the sexual act is there any chance of what could be a pregnancy by implantation? ... I read this towards some of the symptoms of pregnancy and I'm a bit confused because they may be are effects of the After Morning pill.
I'm afraid :( I really do not know if it's psychosis of mine but I did not sleep very well these days and tranquility is something that i do not have . I want to get tested for pregnancy but I know it's too early for that. Please i need help i don't want to be pregnant
