Vertigo,headache,nausea,headache Since A Month

for last month have had vertigo , dizziness , ear pressure, sensitivity to noise , nauseousnes, headache . Vertigo only comes when i close my eyes to sleep, and is so bad i cant sleep at all. I breathed in spray paint about a month ago while painting in a small room, is there any way this is from that and what do i do?
