Very Early Periods With Bad Cramps, Blood Clotting, Heavy Bleeding Followed By Spotting. History Of Travel. Change In Altitude?
My sister in law moved here to Colorado from Virginia. When she moved here she had just ended her menstrual cycle. That was 2 weeks ago. A week after she was here her menstrual cycle came AGAIN. This time with very bad cramps, blood clots. Heavy one day and just spotting the next. I think its because of the change in altitude. Or could it be something to worry about?

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion I agree with you as yes there is chance of effect on periods due to change is altitude. Along with change in climatic conditions our body also tries to change its normal physiology to mingle with the climatic conditions and so you will see some changes like this. But if you see this things frequently then you need a medical attention and so you need to be examined by a gynecologist. At present nothing to worry much and if there are any cramps or heavy bleeding then you can take tab.tranexa and anyhow as it is a prescription drug you need to consult your treating doctor for this.
