Very Small Dark Bumps On Penis, Scrotum, Increasing In Numbers. Sexually Active. Possible Angioma?

I noticed a few very small dark bumps on my penis and scrotum. They are not getting bigger but more have appeared. I have had sex with only two people in recent years and both say they are clean. I am traveling in India now so testing is not gonna happen for a while. From what I have seen online about std it does not match any. The closest I could find was angioma which is just what it looked like. I m just hoping for a little piece of mind before I can have this looked at.

Hi
Welcome to HCM.

Angioma over genitals are not so common. It could be due to warts or papiloma, lymphangioma, or some other skin condition.

Another common possibility is multiple sebaceous cysts over scrotum and possibly on penis also.
Most of these conditions are not harmful conditions and easy to treat with minor surgical procedures.
Consult your surgeon, he will help you for the management
