As you are a Active weight lifter and doing Heavy exercise, it could be due to exhaustion of muscles in lower limb.
Anxiety and stress can sometime cause
vibration of limbs.
But we have to rule out some other causes like
electrolyte imbalance, anaemia, poor circulation to limb, Nerve problem etc..
As it is not associated
tingling numbness or pain, Most probably it could not a any nerve problem.
So better take rest after exercise for some time.
I advise you to pause the exercise and take rest for at least 5 minutes in every 30 minutes while doing exercise.
If the problem still continues, you have to do the following investigations like blood
hemoglobin, doppler
ultrasound of both legs, serum electrolytes, nerve conduction studies in lower limb.
Before investigations, you need proper physical examination.
