hi have a very dry cough for the last 6 days... throat feels dry and very tight n sufdocaring. iv tried honey lemon. covonia syrup..ntn has helped.. im exhausted and breathless with the coughin and now blood is coming frm my throat. initially ths was a viral iv recovered frm the fever n achea but this cough is ongoing... i rely need somthn that will help me.cough less as i know ther wont b a cure. thank you
May be you are suffering from Acute Pharyngitis. You need to do some warm salt water gargling along with cough suppresents. because of the vigorous coughing might be there is little bleeding from your throat. try not to cough forcefully as this might lead to more bleeding due to acute inflammation. you need to consult your family doctor for a course of antibiotic and present yourself for proper examination and treatment.
