Hi there, thanks for asking. You should go to the hospital to see if there is any bleeding in your head. Sometimes it may happen several days after trauma. Especially if your headache is getting worse, it may have happened. Apart from that you should be examined to see if there is any concussion problem. You should have little mental activity for a while and doctor may give you a medication for a brief time. It will be really necessary sometimes. Best wishes.
