hi... your spherical power is less so thats is not a problem but your cylindrical power although is not very high still it can give u trouble if you dont use it. i would advice use contact lens for both sphere & cylinder if you dont want glasses or undergo LASIK ... only after undergoing proper evaluation by an eye specialist.

If you do not want to wear either glasses or contact lenses, then Lasik surgery is a good alternative. However it would be a costly one considering the small amount of refractive error you have. It can be considered rovided the spectacle prescription has not changed in the last 3 years, your age is above 18 years and your retina is intact in both the eyes. You can consult a Lasik surgeon for further details.
