I could not put my hand in straight . Feel pain on back side of my palm in last two fingers . after 5 or 6 months i went to another Orthopaedic surgeon ..he said I needed surgical procedure at the time of accident . Can it be treated now?
Dear Wakash
Your injury is dec 2011 and volar barton fracture. Surgery depends upon the type , nature and classification of fracture. It is a type of intra articular fracture normally displaced and requires requires surgery. But decision can be taken only on X rays.
Any how even after 5-6 months you feel pain in last two fingers , consult a doctor with x ray for deformity , ulnar nerve involvement, or DRUJ injuries, or TFCC injuries. if there is no deformity in x ray
pl go for MRI and NCVT L ulnar nerve .
It can be treated now with above vision
