Vomiting Black Liquid, Type 1 Diabetes. Continue With Ginger Ale And Tylenol?

My 24 year old son is vomiting black liquid . He is a type 1 diabetic. His has been vomiting for three days. He went to the hospital two nights ago and they sent him home. His levels have been fine until this afternoon. His sugar was up to 258. He just threw up and I noticed the color. I am worried. Should I take him back to the hospital. or just continue with pedialite, ginger ale and Tylenol?
