Vomiting, Diarrhea, Violent In Nature. Normal CAT Scans. Is This Due To Parasites?
Hi I'm concerned for my son. He has been hospitalized at least 10 times in the last 10-11 years for the same thing. He just got out again , He has had cat scans blood work kidney check. Down the throat, up the bottom every test possible.. He has severe vomiting, diarrhea not just a little it is so very violent sometimes don't care. no one seems to know what to do. or really they don't care. i have talked to several people & the only thing they have not checked is for parasites. Could this be the problem

Your son is having chronic diarrhea. Yes infection (some parasite also) can cause this like Cryptosporidium, microsporidia, Isospora, Giardia, Helminthic infections also.
However I will request to upload all investigations he has undergone if feasible, may be I be of some help
