Vomiting Episodes, Fever, Stomach, Chest Pain, Dizziness. Due To Typhoid Infection?
ive been up for 3 hours now vomiting horribly for no reason i didnt eat anything strange last night but i feel feverish but my temp is 97.8 but i just keep puking and having stomach and chest pains and i feel so dizzy and faint could it be the stomach flu? or my boyfriend said it might be typhoid fever cause we have fleas in the house and ive got bite all over me

Do you have spasmodic abdominalpain/ watery shit with increased frequency of using washroom?
Do you have acidic belching/ abdominal heaviness & bloating?
You may have viral gastroenteritis causing fever, stomach pain, with chest pain (due to myalgia).
You shouldconsult with physician and should go for following investigations:complete blood count, stool examination, serum elctrolytes, renal function test, chest x ray and ultrasound imaging.
If all above prescribed investigations are normal, then you should go for endoscopy.
You should also take complete antibiotic course with muscle relaxants, probiotics, and anti-spasmodics.
