WHy Does Testicular Pain Intensify While Coughing Or Laughing?
Today my right testical randomly starting hurting me. The pain is not constant but when I cough or laugh or even throw my dog's toy there is burst of pain in my right testical. I feel like it is swollen. Sometimes i can find the source of pain on the testical and it feels like a lump

Hi. There can be a partial torsion or an inflammation called orchitis.
I would advise to have a consultation with a Surgeon or preferably an Urologist and ultrasonography along with color doppler to find out the cause and have the treatment accordingly .
Till then have a scrotal support.
Avoid strains.
