Hi, there. My name is Melissa. I am 15 years old and I am 5'8" and weigh 200 pounds the last time I weighed myself at the doctors (in December I think). I am going on a vacation in 2 months and wish to have a flat stomach. I have a fat stomach and flabby thighs as well as cellulite on the backs of my thighs. I do not appear to be overweight however I do have fat that I need to lose. For 5 days now, I have been eating a lot more healthily (I eat a banana and trail mix for breakfast, a sandwich and banana bread or a parfait for lunch, an range in health class, another sandwich when I get home (sometimes a Greek yogurt with it), and then whatever is for dinner in small portions) and 3 times a week, I do an intense 45 minute workout (2 sets with 24 reps of 18 exercises). I also drink 80 ounces of water a day and a cup of green tea with nothing added to help lose my cellulite and help burn calories faster. Do you think it will be possible to lose my tummy and slim down my thighs in time for my vacation in 2 months?
