Want To Increase Height. Possible Through Stepup, Yoko Or Dr. Ayurveda?
Hi sir,
My self Rohit. My age is 26 years and my height is 5.4. I want increase my height for another 4 inches. so i am planing to take any of these stepup, yoko, and Dr ayurveda medicine. Is it possible to increase my height in this age..? If possible please suggest me which one should i take in these companies. If not please suggest me how to increase my height.

Environmental and nutritional factors and hormonal factors are the cause of height growth. Hormones secreated by pituitary gland is more important factor.
Height is an individual is determined by genetics.
Don't be discouraged. Do exercise regularly.
Take a healthy and well balanced diet. Eat protein rich diet.
Avoid stress and get deep sleep.

Our growth never continues for an unlimited period. There are growing points in bones which permit the increase in height of a person and with advent of age about the age of maturity these growing points face changes and start conversion into bones. Once this conversion is completed then there is no chance of adding height. I believe there is remote possibility of success at this age.
1. Height at this age is not possible to increase,as Epiphyseal plates(cartilages) concerned with growth are closed by the time person reaches the age of 19, and only growth possible is that of peripheries (ear,nose,mandible,hands,feet) and moreover BONE can't be exercised.
2. You may/can gain an additional 2 cm by practicing Yogic postures which are focused on back and spine (needle pose-sucirandhrasan, bridge pose-setubandhasana) and remember to breath deeply and steadily (Anulom-Vilom Pranayam),you will see an added centimeter or two.
3. just be healthy and take proper sleep and nutritious and well balanced diet.
