Well, it's not really a health query. It's related to working out and loosing fat. I'm about to approach my college in two months. Thus, I'd like to reduce my weight a bit. I'm ready to work hard and exercise. I'd like to know about the diet, exercises and work as well as the amount of weight which can be reduced in two months.
You should aim to shed about 2-2.5 kgms in a month.Regular exercise ,repititive sets of low weights for muscle building,a low calorie,fat free diet with plenty of proteins to help build muscle will help.Keeping up this regime even after you start college and sticking with it will help you achieve and maintain your physique.The advice of a dietician may be sought .
