Dear Muhammed Mohideen,
It is the professional penalty, since you have to spend many hours sitting down, it is natural that you will develop pot belly.
Basic idea for controlling obesity is, restricting your Calorie intake according to your Calorie requirement for your daily work. When the intake exceeds the work output then the excess Calorie is stored by body in the form of fat and the favorite place is the belly wall. Restrict food, rich in fat and protein and eat plenty of vegetables to take care of your hunger.
