General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

It grows back because wart is caused by a virus. So if you cut it in the surface of the skin, the rest of it remains under the skin so it grows back. To completely remove it you should consult a surgeon or dermatologist. There is a few methods of warts treatment: it can be surgical removed, removed with laser or with criotherapy.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
