Hi,
As per the information provided your patient seems to have third nerve palsy involving both its upper and lower division. The reason for it is probably related to trauma which may be in the orbit or further inside in cranial cavity. I am sure your primary treating physician must have evaluated for the same. No treatment is needed at present ..it might recover spontaneously.i hope this will help you
Thanks
