Thanks for your query.
* The elevation of SGPT is or MINOR concern (it is just temporary): it is apparently due to
diclofenac or any other medicine (such as
Sulfasalazine) that you are on. The SGPT levels return to normal range within 4-8 weeks after stopping the offending drug. You NEED NOT do anything for it.
* I would advise you against taking regular pain-killers as they tend to harm the kidneys (called
Analgesic nephropathy), apart from water retention in the body and stomach ulcers. Instead, you should switch over to Sulfasalazine as described below.

Serum Creatinine too is within normal range. Please refer to the normal range given in your report, since each kit (used for carrying out this test) has different Normal Ranges.
* Lastly, I would recommend use of regular Sulfasalazine (up to 3 grams daily if you continue to have problems.) It is quite effective in controlling your spondylitic symptoms and, would therefore, reduce your dependence on pain-killers.
