Watery Eye, Slightly Blurred Vision, Difficult For Focusing Things Close. What Could Be This?
My right eye has been watering for 3 days following a black eye. I have slightly blurred vision but I think its because of the water on the surface of my eye, as it does clear up once iv blinked. its hurts to focus on things that are close to me. I am wondering if you can tell me if this is normal following this kind of injury?
Hi Friend I am Dr Bilal and I am an Ophthalmologist
Welcome to Health Care Magic and thanks for writing to us .
I would like to answer your question and your satisfaction is my goal .
As you have suffered from black eye and now your right eye is watering and there is blurring of vision and difficulty in focusing objects , I would suggest you to get yourself examined by your eye doctor as soon as possible as there could be traumatic uveitis , iritis , hyphema (collection of blood in the anterior chamber ) , orbital floor fracture etc . But for your definitive diagnosis and treatment , you need to visit your eye doctor soon . Please do not take it lightly as there could be more serious complications .
I hope you will find my answer helpful .
Wish you a very speedy recovery .
Goold luck .
Best regards .
